While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

UNICEF affirms no safe place in the Gaza Strip

GENEVA, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

The UN Agency for Children (UNICEF) affirmed on Friday that there was no safe place in the Gaza Strip.

Speaking at a press briefing in Geneva, UNICEF spokesperson James Elder said: “The question I am asked everywhere in Gaza City - from women, from the elderly, and from children - is: ‘Where can I go that will be safe’?”.

“And the answer remains the same after almost two years: Nowhere. Nowhere is safe in the Gaza Strip,” he added.

Expressing concern about the situation, particularly for mothers and newborns in Gaza city, he said: “Shoeless children push grandparents in wheelchairs around rubble. Amputee children struggle through the dust. Mothers carry children whose skin is bleeding from rashes. Children shudder at the relentless airstrikes. And children gaze skyward tracking the fire from helicopters and quadcopters.”

Refuting Israel’s claims on the so-called ‘safe zones’, he said: “The south—the so-called “safe zones”—are also places of death. Al-Mawasi, now one of the most densely populated places on earth, is grotesquely overcrowded and stripped of the essentials of survival.”

“Indeed, the very notion of ‘safe zones’ in the south is farcical — bombs are dropped from the sky with chilling predictability. Schools designated as temporary shelters are regularly reduced to rubble. Tents pitched in empty lots offer no protection from shrapnel. They are frequently engulfed in fire from air attacks,” he added.

Highlighting that the so-called ‘save zones’ caused miscarriages, he said: “Women are having miscarriages on the exhausting trek from the north to the south. Doctors fear winter viruses have arrived early. Reports state that 1,000 babies have been killed in the past two years, and we have no idea how many more have died due to preventable illnesses.”

In addition to the more than 400,000 people forced to flee south, he said that another 200,000 civilians have been warned to leave Gaza City.

Türkiye arrests Israeli Mossad agent in Istanbul

Friday 3-October-2025

ANKARA, (PIC)

Turkish authorities announced the arrest of an Israeli Mossad agent during a security operation carried out in Istanbul early Friday, aimed at thwarting “criminal plots by the Zionist occupation.”

According to Anadolu Agency, the Mossad agent, identified as Serkan Cicek, was arrested in Istanbul in a joint operation by the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the city’s Counterterrorism Police Department. The operation was code-named Metron Activity.

Security officials said he had been working for Mossad and was in contact with Faysal Rasheed, a member of Israel’s Online Operations Center.

Cicek allegedly admitted to carrying out surveillance in Istanbul, at Rasheed’s request, on a Palestinian activist who opposes Israel’s Middle East policies.

The statement accused Cicek of being contacted on July 31 by Rasheed, who reportedly was posing as a member of a foreign law firm. Rasheed then allegedly hired Cicek to surveil a Palestinian activist in Basaksehir, paying $4,000 in cryptocurrency; an offer which Cicek accepted “despite knowing his associate Kus had been jailed for spying for Israel.”

Cicek had reportedly worked with Musa Kus and lawyer Tugrulhan Dip in the past, both “arrested for spying for Israel” and accused of providing personal data from public records to detectives “in exchange for financial gain,” Anadolu added.

Relations between Türkiye and Israel have soured in recent years in light of Ankara’s condemnation of Israel’s genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip.

Gaza Municipality: Half a million civilians endure catastrophic humanitarian crisis

Friday 3-October-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Gaza Municipality said that both international and local estimates indicate that approximately 500,000 civilians, mostly children, women, and the elderly, are currently living in the city under extremely harsh humanitarian conditions.

In a statement issued on Friday, the municipality explained that these individuals are enduring severe shortages of adequate food, clean water, and basic healthcare, all while facing systematic bombardment and widespread destruction.

The statement added that this situation not only threatens their lives but also causes devastating psychological effects, especially on children growing up in an atmosphere of fear and trauma, and on women who bear double burdens in the absence of protection and safety.

It continued, “Today we raise our voices in an urgent humanitarian appeal to the free people of the world, to every living heart, and to humanitarian and international institutions: Stand with Gaza now. Work to protect civilians and provide their essential needs, food, water, medicine, and care.”

The municipality emphasized that Gaza’s cry today is not just about numbers, it is about innocent souls seeking safety, a morsel of food, a sip of water and medicine. “Be their support. Do not leave them alone,” it concluded.

Israeli occupation apartheid regime navy seizes last ship of Global Sumud Flotilla, Belgium summons Israeli ambassador

Friday 3-October-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime navy on Friday seized the “Marinette,” the last remaining vessel of the Global Sumud Flotilla attempting to break the blockade on Gaza, detaining six international activists on board.

The action comes after Israel intercepted and commandeered about 40 other ships in the flotilla since its departure from Spain last month.

Organizers said the Marinette was attacked in international waters while en route to Gaza, joining hundreds of activists, now more than 470, already detained after earlier flotilla raids.

Israeli media reported that the navy’s elite Shayetet 13 unit carried out the operation, escorting the vessel to Ashdod. Authorities said detainees who sign deportation orders would be flown to Europe, while others face forcible removal.

The flotilla, which set sail with around 45 ships carrying food, medicine, and baby formula, included activists, lawmakers, and human rights workers from over 40 countries. Among them were high-profile figures such as Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg and French MEP Rima Hassan.

Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot announced Thursday that he had summoned Israel’s ambassador following the assault, stressing “serious concern” over the raid and noting that seven Belgian citizens were among those detained. “Ensuring their safe and swift return is a top priority,” Prévot said on X.

Meanwhile, nine ships from the Freedom Flotilla coalition and another vessel, “Al-Dhamir,” carrying dozens of international journalists and medics, continue sailing toward Gaza despite Israeli threats.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel, backed by the US and European powers, has waged a genocidal war in Gaza, leaving over 234,000 Palestinians martyred or wounded, most of them women and children, according to the Government Media Office. More than 11,000 remain missing, famine has killed many, mostly children, and much of the enclave has been leveled.

Human rights groups and flotilla organizers are urging urgent international intervention to protect detainees, release seized activists, and end Israel’s naval blockade of Gaza.

Local health authorities confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 66,288 fatalities, with an additional 169,165 people sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

The new fatalities included 2,597 aid seekers, and the total number of the wounded also included 19,054 aid seekers.

Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities.

Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation.

Newborn dies and three premature infants evacuated from El-Hilou Hospital in Gaza City to the southern Strip

GAZA, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

A newborn baby died today, Friday, at El-Hilou Hospital in Al-Nasr neighborhood in Gaza City.

Medical sources reported that the baby passed away inside the hospital’s nursery department. At the same time, three premature infants were evacuated from the hospital to medical centers in the southern Gaza Strip in coordination with the World Health Organization.

Ten premature infants are still in the nursery department at El-Hilou Hospital, amid severe difficulty in reaching or leaving the facility.

On Monday, the Israeli occupation army besieged Al-Shifa and Al-Helou International hospitals in Gaza City and targeted them with heavy artillery shelling, despite the presence of dozens of patients and displaced people inside. El-Hilou Hospital has been encircled from all sides.

El-Hilou Hospital comprises several departments, including an oncology unit and a nursery, and currently houses more than 90 people, including medical staff and patients trapped inside, amid a complete blackout of communications and internet services.

Israeli forces kill 5 civilians in new wave of attacks in Gaza

GAZA, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces on Friday killed five civilians in a new wave of attacks across the war-battered Gaza Strip.

The occupation forces conducted a strike targeting tents sheltering displaced people in the Gaza seaport, claiming the lives of five civilians, mostly children.

Video footage captured scenes of people removing the bodies of the dead from the scene.

Meanwhile, Israeli bombing hit a tent sheltering displaced people in Dair El-Bala'h in the central Strip, killing one and injuring others.

Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes that resulted in killing 13,420 Palestinians and injuring 57,124 others.

In the last 24 hours, the bodies of 63 slain Palestinians and 227 casualties were admitted to Gaza hospitals.

Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 66,288 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 169,165 others.

Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

Two children die due to starvation and malnutrition in Gaza

GAZA, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Two children died on Friday due to starvation and malnutrition in the Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

The Ministry reported that two children died from starvation and malnutrition in the war-battered Strip within the last 24 hours, raising the death toll from Israel’s policy of forced starvation on Palestinians to 457, including 152 children.

The Ministry added that since famine was officially declared in Gaza for the first time by the Integrated Food Phase Classification (IPC), the UN-backed global hunger monitor, on August 22, 2025, 179 people, including 37 children, died of outright starvation.

On August 22, the IPC said: “After 22 months of relentless conflict, over half a million people in the Gaza Strip are facing catastrophic conditions, characterized by starvation, destitution and death.”

"Another 1.07 million people (54 percent) are in Emergency (IPC Phase 4), and 396,000 people (20 percent) are in Crisis (IPC Phase 3)."

The Ministry stated that famine would expand to the areas of Dair El-Bala'h, in central Gaza, and Khan Younis to the south by the end of September based on current projections.

That would bring the number of people experiencing famine in Gaza to 641,000 people.

In that same timeframe, it projects that the number of people in the "emergency" phase four category would rise from 1.07m to 1.14m.

MSF: Doctor martyred, others injured in Israeli attack on our medical team in Gaza

Friday 3-October-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) announced Friday that one of its staff members, Dr. 'Omar 'Hayik, 42, was martyred and four others seriously wounded when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) targeted their medical team while they were waiting for transport to an MSF field hospital in Dair El-Bala'h, central Gaza.

The organization said in a statement that all team members were clearly identifiable as humanitarian medical staff, wearing vests with the MSF logo. The attack comes less than two weeks after another MSF colleague, 'Husain El-Najjar, was martyred in Dair El-Bala'h.

“We are devastated and outraged by this crime. Our hearts are with Omar’s family and colleagues in this tragic moment,” the statement read. Hayek is the 14th MSF staff member killed by IOFs in Gaza since October 7, 2023.

MSF described Hayik as an occupational therapist who had worked at the organization’s Gaza clinic since 2018, dedicating his life to helping thousands of patients regain strength and dignity.

He was forced to flee Gaza City last month due to bombardment and mass displacement, only to be killed Friday morning while on his way to work. He leaves behind a family without support after the recent death of his father and the martyrdom of his younger brother.

Among the injured are specialists in physiotherapy, orthopedic surgery, and medical supply logistics, along with a member of MSF’s finance team. One staff member remains in critical condition with shrapnel wounds.

The group stressed that Gaza’s health workers are facing systematic targeting: many have been martyred, while others, including MSF surgeon Dr. Mu'hammed 'Obaid, remain in Israeli detention without charge.

“Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians are being displaced under the illusion of safety, only to face bombardment and killings wherever they go. There is no safe place in Gaza,” MSF said. “Everyone is enduring hunger and siege conditions for nearly two years.”

The organization reiterated its urgent call for an immediate ceasefire, protection of civilians and humanitarian workers, and an end to Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel, backed by the US and European allies, has waged a genocidal war in Gaza, killing and wounding over 234,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, according to the Government Media Office. More than 11,000 remain missing, hundreds of thousands are displaced, famine has claimed countless lives, largely children, and much of the enclave has been reduced to rubble.

Gaza health authorities: Abduction of nurse Tasneem El-Hams a grave violation of humanitarian law

Friday 3-October-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has condemned in the strongest terms the abduction of Palestinian Nurse Tasneem Marwan El-Hams by a special unit of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday morning.

Tasneem, 24, was kidnapped by the IOFs while she was on her way to work at a medical point in Khan Younus, southern Gaza.

Tasneem is the daughter of Dr. Marwan El-Hams, director of Gaza’s field hospitals, who was himself abducted by the IOF two months ago and later confirmed to be held in Israeli prisons.

The Ministry charged that the abduction represents a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law, which grants full protection to medical staff and health workers during conflict.

The ministry said the IOF bears full responsibility for Tasneem’s safety and demanded her immediate release, calling on international organizations to intervene urgently to halt Israel’s ongoing violations against medical personnel and their families.

The Palestinian Center for the Missing and Forcibly Disappeared also denounced the incident, reporting that five armed men seized al-Hems from the medical facility and transferred her to an area under IOF control in Rafa'h. The center warned that she could be subjected to torture or used as a means of pressure and blackmail against her father.

It described the operation as part of a systematic pattern in which IOF deploys undercover units to carry out kidnappings followed by enforced disappearances. The center reiterated that abducting a nurse from a protected medical site constitutes a clear breach of the Geneva Conventions.

Family sources confirmed that Tasneem was seized near her workplace in Khan Yunis, echoing the July 21 incident when IOF abducted her father from outside the International Red Cross field hospital west of the city.

Gaza’s health director, Dr. Muneer El-Bursh, labeled the targeting of Dr. al-Hems as a crime against Gaza’s medical cadres.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel, backed by the US and European powers, has been waging a genocidal war in Gaza, marked by mass killings, starvation, destruction, forced displacement, and widespread detentions, in defiance of international appeals and International Court of Justice orders to halt its actions.

According to the Government Media Office, the genocide has left over 234,000 Palestinians martyred or injured, most of them women and children, with more than 11,000 missing. Hundreds of thousands have been displaced while famine has claimed countless lives, mostly children, and much of Gaza has been reduced to rubble.

Human rights groups and local institutions are urging the international community to act swiftly, not only to secure the release of Tasneem and her father, but also to provide protection for Gaza’s medical workers who remain on the frontlines amid Israel’s ongoing genocide.

2,215 attacks carried out by the illegal Israeli settlers and the Israeli occupation army in September, says Anti-Settlement Commission

RAMALLAH, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) —

Israeli occupation forces and illegal Israeli settlers carried out a total of 2,215 attacks against Palestinians across the West Bank in September, continuing a systematic campaign of violence against Palestinian communities, land, and property, the Palestinian Anti-Wall and Settlement Commission reported Friday.

Minister Mu-ayyad Sha'ban, head of the Commission, said in the monthly report on “Israeli violations and settlement expansion” that Israeli forces were responsible for 1,725 attacks, while colonists carried out 490 attacks. The majority of incidents were concentrated in the governorates of Hebron (463), Ramallah (417), and Nablus (309).

The attacks included armed assaults on villages, imposition of facts on the ground, extrajudicial killings, land razing, tree uprooting, property theft, and roadblocks that sever Palestinian geographic continuity. Gunfire by colonists in Ramallah resulted in the killing of two Palestinians: Mu'een 'Alawi from Dair Jareer and Sa'eed Al-Na'san from Al-Mughayir, bringing the total killed by colonists this year to 12.

Illegal Israeli settlers carried out 329 acts of property theft and vandalism, affecting large areas of Palestinian land, and uprooted, destroyed, or poisoned 431 trees, including 261 olive trees. The destruction was concentrated in Nablus (200 trees), Jenin (106), Salfit (50), Hebron (30), Bethlehem (30), and Qalqilya (15).

Meantime, illegal Israeli settlers attempted to establish 11 new outposts in September, mostly agricultural or pastoral, including five in Hebron, two in Salfeet, two in Nablus, and one each in Toubas and Qalqilya.

Also in September, Israeli authorities carried out 67 demolitions targeting 94 structures, including 45 inhabited homes, one uninhabited home, 14 agricultural structures, and 18 livelihood facilities.

Demolitions were concentrated in El-Khaleel (Hebron: 35, Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem): 15, and Bait La'hm (Bethlehem): 8. The Israeli occupation apartheid regime also issued 35 demolition notices, including 12 in El-Khaleel (Hebron), nine in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), six in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), four in Qalqilya, two in Ramallah, and one each in Salfeet and Nablus, continuing the policy of restricting Palestinian construction and growth in villages and towns.

Over 300 Dutch, Belgian cultural institutions boycott Israel

BRUSSELS, October 3, 2025 (WAFA) –

Over 300 Dutch and Belgian cultural and arts institutions have announced a cultural boycott of Israel over the latter’s genocidal war on Gaza and occupation of the West Bank, according to Anadolu Agency (AA).

It reported that 302 museums, arts and cultural organizations, and 878 individual artists in the Netherlands and Belgium said the cultural sector could no longer remain silent in the face of “war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide recognized by all competent authorities.”

“As members of the Dutch and Belgian cultural sector, we refuse to stand by in the face of genocide against the Palestinian people,” the statement said.

According to the Dutch News website, among the Dutch participants are TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht, the Bonnefanten museum in Maastricht, the Oostpool theatre in Arnhem, and the Nederlands Theater Festival in Amsterdam. Among the signatory artists were artist Marlene Dumas, writer Tom Lanoye, and choreographer Alain Platel.

It added that the boycott is aimed exclusively at Israeli cultural organisations and companies connected with the state, for instance, by subsidies. Only organisations that are “not complicit in the breach of international law and have spoken out against the genocide, the recognised illegal occupation and apartheid” will be exempt, the statement said.

The statement recalled that cultural boycotts had contributed to the end of apartheid in South Africa, noting that more than 5,000 film professionals and 400 musicians had recently taken similar steps against Israeli institutions.

“This cultural boycott alone will not stop genocide and occupation,” the declaration said. “That is why we call on sports, academia, business and politics to also sever ties. Only together can we force Israel to comply with international law.”

From Kuala Lumpur to Rome: Pro-Palestine protests condemn the interception of the GSF

Friday 3-October-2025

CAPITALS, (PIC)

A large demonstration was held in the Malaysian capital denouncing the interception of the Freedom Flotilla and the continuation of the Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip.

Clashes broke out between Malaysian police and demonstrators near the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

In Ireland, Foreign Minister Simon Harris is scheduled to hold a high-level meeting today, Friday, with senior officials and diplomats to follow up on developments regarding the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF).

Harris stressed that the safety and well-being of Irish citizens will be a top priority for the government, noting that around 22 Irish activists are among the flotilla’s participants.

The Israeli navy intercepted about 40 ships belonging to the GSF yesterday and detained the activists on board.

According to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, authorities decided to begin deporting those flotilla activists who sign deportation orders to Europe.

In Greece, workers at the port of Piraeus in Athens decided to stage a 24-hour strike to protest the Israeli attack on the flotilla.

A statement by the Port Workers’ Union condemned the Israeli assault on the flotilla while it was heading to Gaza to break the blockade.

The statement pointed out that Israel had detained the ships’ crews, including Greeks, in a military attack, and cut off communication with them in order to prevent food and medicine from reaching Palestinians in Gaza, who are facing genocide, starvation, and siege.

The union also blamed the Greek government, “not only for its failure to protect the Greeks participating in the flotilla, but also for maintaining strategic relations with the criminal state of Israel, like previous governments.”

At the same time, Italy witnessed a nationwide general strike today covering both the public and private sectors. It was called by the General Confederation of Labor and several grassroots unions in solidarity with the Palestinian people and the flotilla activists. Several cities also saw demonstrations supporting Palestine and condemning the Israeli interception of the flotilla and the arrest of participating activists.

The Italian Minister of Transport had threatened to take punitive measures against the strikers but backed down under popular and union pressure, according to Al Jazeera’s correspondent in Rome.

Meanwhile, Maurizio Landini, Secretary General of the Italian Trade Union Confederation, affirmed that their strike is legitimate and constitutional, responding to government members’ criticism that it had not been announced within the legally required timeframe.

In Madrid, education unions organized a partial strike in protest of what they described as restrictions on freedom of expression within educational institutions. This came after government directives banning expressions of solidarity with Gaza in Spanish schools and universities. The unions considered this a violation of educational freedom and its role in promoting critical thinking and defending human rights.

The partial strike covers all educational stages, with protest gatherings planned during both morning and evening sessions.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
